Become a Member
All members of the GOSG are volunteers. The group is not responsible for managing projects itself, but, in their individual capacities, group members are involved in the development and implementation of conservation and research programmes and projects. The GOSG aims to provide a platform promoting coordination and collaboration between various giraffe and okapi related projects.
Membership of the GOSG is by invitation. Please contact us if you would like to be considered for GOSG membership.
Members are usually:
- actively participating in giraffe or okapi conservation, research, management, education or trade;
- integrally involved in giraffe or okapi conservation policy or law;
- contributing to giraffe or okapi conservation and management.
